Domaine du Vieux-Clocher

Visit these two domaines which are working together for more than 30 years, representing the largest one place privately-owned Swiss vineyard, with 47 hectares (120 acres) at 10 minutes from Geneva and its international airport. French, German, English, Spanish and Italian spoken. During the one our cave group-visit also including a wine-tasting in the traditional carnotzet, you will learn ail about the interesting cycle of wine-growing. Mr. Leyvraz (Ing. in Agronomy Domaine des Bossons) and his cousin Mr. Stevens (Domaine du Vieux-Clocher) join their forces at the cellar and administration to reach the best price for a high quality production. Domaine des Bossons is the largest organic vineyard of Switzerland with the famous label "the Bud".

Domaine du Vieux-Clocher works with the label "Vinatura" wich means a strict controlled classical viticulture. All the wines reach the standard of A.O.C. (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée).

15 different types of grapes are cultivated to give first class white, rosé and red wines. One sparkling wine is also available.
